Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze regulatory compliance documentation for federal and state agencies
- Prepare comprehensive compliance reports using government databases and proprietary software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement policy updates
- Conduct virtual audits of departmental procedures
- Respond to compliance inquiries from stakeholders within 24-hour SLA
- Maintain accurate records in county information systems
- Stay updated on evolving regulations through continuous training
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of compliance or regulatory experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Valid U.S. government security clearance or ability to obtain
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
