Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit state/local regulatory compliance across 15+ agencies
- Generate weekly compliance reports using federal database systems
- Coordinate weekend inspections with field officers statewide
- Update digital compliance records in secure government portals
- Respond to urgent weekend compliance inquiries from public officials
- Train local staff on new federal regulatory protocols
- Prepare monthly executive summaries for state leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years government compliance/regulatory experience
- Proficiency with federal/state database systems (SAM.gov, INSITE)
- Valid Indiana government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Exceptional written communication skills for policy documentation
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-4pm EST)
