Responsibilities
- Oversee Government Contracts: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of federal contracts, ensuring compliance with all regulations and agency standards.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
- Operational Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, optimize processes, and recommend strategic improvements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to strict government security protocols, safety standards, and reporting requirements.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and foster a culture of high performance and integrity.
- Report Preparation: Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports for senior leadership and federal oversight bodies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to obtain a Top Secret Security Clearance.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in government contracting, public administration, or a related sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and government-specific grant management systems.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Location: Must be willing to work full-time on-site in San Antonio, Texas.
