Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate local government policies for alignment with strategic objectives

- Monitor legislative developments at state and federal levels affecting municipal operations
- Present findings to elected officials and community stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Virginia state administrative codes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in government policy analysis or public sector
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel, Tableau)
- Deep knowledge of Virginia municipal governance structures
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong research methodology and report writing abilities
- Valid Virginia driver's license
