Responsibilities
- Manage public records and documentation with strict adherence to confidentiality protocols
- Provide constituent support through in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Coordinate inter-departmental projects and community outreach initiatives
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal regulations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of public sector or administrative experience
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
- Strong written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass federal background check and security clearance
- Certification in public administration or related field (highly desirable)
