Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain official government records and databases with the highest level of accuracy.
- Assist the public and internal stakeholders by answering inquiries regarding state regulations and services.
- Collaborate with federal and local agencies to ensure strict compliance with all applicable laws.
- Prepare and distribute detailed reports, memos, and correspondence on a weekly basis.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards for all sensitive government documents.
- Process payroll and timekeeping records to ensure timely Weekly Pay for all staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or government setting is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
