Responsibilities
- Monitor city facilities and critical infrastructure during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency calls and incidents with rapid deployment
- Conduct regular security patrols and surveillance operations
- Document incidents and maintain detailed activity logs
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
- Enforce city ordinances and safety protocols
- Provide support during critical events and natural disasters
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years security or public safety experience
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with surveillance systems and communication devices
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts and weekends
