Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate high-definition surveillance systems, CCTV feeds, and access control terminals 24/7.
- Conduct regular, thorough patrols of government facility perimeters and interior spaces to ensure compliance.
- Process and log security incidents, visitor access requests, and shift reports with high accuracy.
- Respond immediately to security alarms, emergencies, and unauthorized access attempts.
- Maintain strict adherence to all federal, state, and local government security regulations and protocols.
- Perform shift handovers, ensuring all relevant data is communicated to the oncoming team.
Qualifications
- United States citizenship required; valid government-issued ID.
- High school diploma or GED; Associateās degree in Criminal Justice or Public Administration is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM).
- Previous experience in security operations, law enforcement, or government facilities is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to remain alert and focused during extended, static shifts.
- Background check and drug screening will be required.
