Responsibilities
- Monitor government premises via surveillance systems and patrols during overnight shifts
- Respond to security incidents and emergencies with swift, professional protocols
- Maintain detailed incident reports and security logs for official records
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services as required
- Conduct regular equipment checks and facility inspections
- Enforce access control procedures for sensitive government areas
Qualifications
- Valid Oregon Security License or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with surveillance technology and reporting systems
- U.S. citizenship and clean background check
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
