Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain municipal security systems during overnight hours
- Respond to emergency dispatches and coordinate with first responders
- Conduct routine inspections of public facilities and infrastructure
- Document operational logs and incident reports with precision
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless service continuity
- Enforce city ordinances and safety protocols during low-traffic periods
- Support disaster preparedness initiatives through overnight readiness drills
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship and valid New Mexico driver's license
- Minimum 2 years experience in security, emergency services, or municipal operations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in high-pressure situations
- Proficient in incident reporting software and communication systems
- Successful completion of background investigation and polygraph examination
- Availability to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) including weekends
- Certification in CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain within 90 days
