Responsibilities
- Manage and process high-volume administrative tasks and data entry for city records.
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to residents and visitors during weekend hours.
- Ensure strict adherence to government regulations, policies, and security protocols.
- Monitor facility operations and coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and prepare routine reports for management review.
- Assist in the coordination of weekend community events or public safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a government, administrative, or customer service role is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
