Responsibilities
- Analyze and evaluate state/local government policies to recommend evidence-based improvements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of government or public sector experience
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel, Tableau)
- Strong understanding of Texas state/federal regulations
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain within 30 days
