Responsibilities
- Analyze complex urban policy issues and recommend evidence-based solutions to city leadership
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and reports addressing housing, transportation, and economic development challenges

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of government or public policy analysis experience
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software
- Exceptional written communication skills with demonstrated report writing ability
