Responsibilities
- Design and implement federal/state/local compliance programs for infrastructure projects
- Analyze budget allocations and grant funding opportunities ($5M+ portfolio)
- Coordinate cross-departmental stakeholder communications (15+ agencies)
- Prepare executive reports and policy recommendations for Board of Supervisors
- Conduct performance audits using data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Ensure adherence to CA Public Records Act and federal procurement regulations
- Lead community outreach initiatives for underserved neighborhoods
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years government program management experience
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools
- Valid California Driver's License (Class C)
- Knowledge of CA Government Code and federal grant requirements (CFDA)
- Ability to obtain security clearance (background check required)
- Experience with GIS mapping software (ArcGIS)
- Spanish bilingual proficiency preferred
