Responsibilities
- Analyze complex government programs to optimize efficiency and compliance with federal/state regulations
- Develop data-driven recommendations for policy improvements and budget allocations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to implement strategic initiatives
- Prepare detailed reports for county commissioners and senior leadership
- Monitor program performance metrics using advanced analytics tools
- Manage grant applications and ensure proper fund utilization
- Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions with community representatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of government program analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of Florida Sunshine Law and procurement regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets exceeding $1M
- Superior written communication skills for policy documentation
- Professional certification in Government Financial Management (CGFM) a plus
