Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis of complex government policies and regulations to inform decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed reports, briefings, and presentations for executive stakeholders and legislative bodies.
- Coordinate with interdepartmental teams to ensure alignment on program goals and compliance standards.
- Monitor budget allocations and project timelines to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.

- Maintain accurate records of all program activities and ensure adherence to federal and state guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in government, public policy, or non-profit management.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and government-specific database management systems.
