Responsibilities
- Oversee federal/state grant compliance and reporting for Louisville-based programs
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives between local government and Texas partner organizations
- Develop data-driven policy recommendations for community development projects
- Manage stakeholder engagement with local businesses and non-profits
- Lead crisis response protocols for urgent public service initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive budget allocations for federal/state funding streams
- Train staff on regulatory compliance for government operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in federal/state/local government operations
- Proven track record with grant management and compliance reporting
- Proficiency in government-specific software (e.g., SAM.gov, Grants.gov)
- TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain security clearance
- Experience coordinating multi-state initiatives (Texas preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with policy development background
- Certified Public Manager (CPM) designation a plus
