Responsibilities
- Design and implement statewide public policy programs with measurable outcomes
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives including health, education, and infrastructure projects
- Analyze legislative impacts and recommend policy adjustments to senior leadership
- Manage $2M+ annual budgets with strict compliance requirements
- Lead stakeholder engagement across government entities and community partners
- Prepare comprehensive reports for the Governor's Office and State Legislature
- Mentor junior staff through structured professional development programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 5+ years program management experience in government or non-profit sector
- Proven track record of managing budgets exceeding $1M
- Expertise in Georgia state regulations and legislative processes
- Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel and SPSS
- Valid Georgia driver's license and ability to travel statewide
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
