Responsibilities

- Analyze policy impacts and recommend evidence-based solutions
- Lead stakeholder engagement with community groups and officials
- Prepare comprehensive reports for legislative review
- Oversee program compliance with federal/state regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years of government or non-profit program management
- Proven budget management experience
- Strong analytical and policy research skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Valid Washington State driver's license
- US citizenship required for security clearance
