Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic government programs aligned with city objectives
- Manage budgets and resources for public initiatives ($1M+ portfolio)
- Coordinate cross-departmental teams and stakeholder communications
- Analyze program performance data and prepare compliance reports
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and municipal regulations
- Lead community outreach and public engagement initiatives
- Mentor junior staff and facilitate process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of government or public sector program management
- Proven experience with budget oversight and grant management
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities (Excel, SQL)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain security clearance within 30 days
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
