Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-funded programs aligned with NC strategic priorities
- Analyze policy impacts using quantitative data and stakeholder feedback
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives with federal/local partners
- Manage $1M+ budgets with strict compliance oversight
- Prepare legislative reports and budget justification documents
- Lead community engagement sessions across 100 counties
- Conduct program audits using federal/state compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years government program management experience
- Proficiency in NC state procurement regulations (G.S. 143-16)
- Federal grant management experience (CFDA reporting)
- Advanced Excel/Power BI skills for data visualization
- Valid NC driver's license with clean record
- Clear background check and citizenship verification
