Responsibilities
- Develop and implement public policy programs aligned with state regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government or non-profit program management
- Advanced knowledge of New York State regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (SPSS, Excel, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with federal/state grant administration
- Valid New York State driver's license
- Ability to obtain security clearance
