Responsibilities
- Develop and execute federal/state compliance programs for Atlanta metropolitan area
- Analyze policy impacts and recommend regulatory improvements
- Coordinate inter-agency initiatives with Texas and Georgia partners
- Manage grant funding cycles and reporting requirements
- Conduct community outreach and stakeholder engagement
- Prepare legislative briefings and executive summaries
- Monitor program performance metrics for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years government/public sector experience
- Proficiency in federal compliance frameworks (FEMA, HUD, etc.)
- Strong analytical writing and policy evaluation skills
- Active security clearance or ability to obtain immediately
- Texas-based project management experience preferred
- Experience with Atlanta municipal processes
- Valid US driver's license
