Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal grant programs serving Nebraska communities
- Analyze policy impacts and prepare comprehensive compliance reports
- Coordinate inter-agency initiatives with state and local partners
- Develop program evaluation frameworks and performance metrics
- Provide technical assistance to community stakeholders and grantees
- Monitor budget expenditures and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead stakeholder engagement sessions and public forums
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience in government program management or public sector
- Proficiency in federal grant regulations (2 CFR Part 200)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Valid Nebraska driver's license for local travel requirements
