Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years government or non-profit program experience
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Valid Ohio driver's license (if required for fieldwork)
- Experience with grant writing and compliance
