Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize official government records and documents with high accuracy.
- Assist the public and government officials by providing information regarding policies and procedures.
- Process incoming mail, applications, and data entry tasks efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and confidentiality standards.
- Operate office equipment including scanners, copiers, and computers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an office or government setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license may be required for local travel.
