Responsibilities
- Process and file incoming government documents and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Assist members of the public in retrieving records and information during weekend hours.
- Operate office equipment including scanners, printers, and computers.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive state records and data.
- Perform data entry tasks to update departmental databases.
- Collaborate with the weekday staff to ensure a seamless transition of records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a government office, records management, or customer service is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
