Responsibilities
- Digitize and categorize historical government documents and public records.
- Ensure all data entry meets strict government accuracy and compliance standards.
- Perform weekend data audits and verify the authenticity of submitted forms.
- Communicate with local Sacramento offices via secure remote channels to resolve data discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive government information at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly compliance reports for the regional manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Public Administration or Records Management is a plus.
- Previous experience in government data processing or public sector administration.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
