Responsibilities
- Enforce strict security protocols and access control measures at designated government facilities.
- Monitor security cameras, alarm systems, and entry points in real-time to identify and mitigate potential threats.
- Conduct thorough security screenings, patrols, and vehicle inspections for staff and visitors.
- Document incidents, irregularities, and access logs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency responders during critical situations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure environment for all personnel.
- Assist in the training of junior security staff on compliance and safety procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Valid State Security Guard License is highly desirable.
- Must pass a comprehensive background check, drug screen, and medical assessment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
