Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.
- Control access points and verify identification to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Respond to alarms and emergencies, including medical incidents and security breaches.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities.
- Enforce all relevant laws, ordinances, and company policies strictly.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other municipal departments as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid California Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Must possess or be willing to obtain a California Security Guard License.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required.
- Pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
