Qualifications

- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK government procurement and compliance standards.
