Responsibilities
- Provide frontline citizen assistance for municipal services including permits, licensing, and public inquiries
- Process and document weekend service requests with precision and confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless weekend service continuity
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and municipal regulations
- Implement emergency response protocols for weekend incidents and escalations
- Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance needs
- Support special weekend events and community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or public sector experience
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and municipal service software
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays as required
