Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations ensuring compliance with state regulations and agency policies
- Supervise team of public service personnel, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Coordinate with other government agencies to maintain seamless service delivery
- Implement and monitor safety protocols for facility and personnel
- Prepare detailed shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Handle emergency response procedures and incident management
- Facilitate cross-departmental communication during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of government or public sector management experience
- Valid Texas government security clearance
- Strong knowledge of state regulations and compliance standards
- Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Friday-Sunday)
- Proficiency in government reporting systems and MS Office Suite
- Certification in Public Administration preferred
