Responsibilities

- Conduct weekly safety audits and compliance documentation
- Train weekend staff on city policies and emergency procedures
- Submit operational reports to weekday management teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration or related field
- 3+ years government operations or public sector management experience
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license with clean record
- FEMA Incident Command System (ICS) certification preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in municipal resource management software
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass federal background check
