Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning engineering goals with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of architects, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact features.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance for high-traffic environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for code quality, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps methodologies.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging technologies and integrating them into the 2026 architecture.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical reviews to foster a culture of excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale projects on time and within budget.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in scalable backend systems and microservices architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
