As the Head of 2026 Strategic Initiatives, you will be the architect of our long-term vision, ensuring our roadmap aligns with emerging global trends and technological paradigms.

Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive "2026 Horizon" roadmap, translating high-level vision into actionable business strategies.
- Lead high-impact, long-term R&D projects focused on breakthrough technologies and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to allocate resources and manage the P&L for future initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term strategic planning and market volatility.
- Build and mentor a team of futurists, strategists, and project managers dedicated to the 2026 vision.
- Present complex strategic narratives to stakeholders and investors to secure buy-in for upcoming milestones.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic management, consulting, or executive leadership within a high-growth technology environment.
- Proven track record of leading multi-year strategic initiatives and delivering results on complex, long-term goals.
- Advanced degree (MBA or MSc) in Business, Strategy, or Engineering preferred.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) and their market implications.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at the executive level.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while maintaining strict alignment with core business values.
