Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product cycle.
- Lead the architectural design and deployment of scalable AI and Machine Learning systems.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends (e.g., LLMs, autonomous agents) to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation, speed, and technical excellence.
- Drive the integration of ethical AI practices and data governance into the core engineering process.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate technical capabilities into business strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or technical management role.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and microservices architecture.
- Proven track record of scaling products from concept to market in hyper-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
