- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic planning for AI integration across all product lines, focusing on Agentic AI and Large Language Models.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee the research and development of next-generation machine learning models and neural architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Market Analysis: Continuously analyze emerging tech trends (Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing, Web3) to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Governance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI development, ensuring compliance with evolving data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Future Tech sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving innovation and implementing scalable AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Trend Awareness: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and leverage the technological shifts expected in 2026.
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
