Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap focused on achieving specific milestones and innovations by the year 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and futurists to explore emerging technologies like Generative AI and Quantum interfaces.
- Innovation Management: Identify, evaluate, and prototype high-potential technologies to ensure the company maintains a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and executive leadership.
- Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with academic institutions, startups, and tech leaders to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Resource Allocation: Direct the budget and resources for technology initiatives to maximize ROI and impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or executive roles within the tech industry.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and define long-term technical strategies (e.g., 5-10 year horizons).
