Responsibilities
- Process complex driver license, vehicle registration, and title transactions with precision
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding DMV policies, fees, and documentation requirements
- Utilize specialized software to input and manage confidential customer data securely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address escalated customer concerns
- Conduct thorough verification of identity documents and supporting materials
- Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation in compliance with state regulations

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume customer service experience
- Proficiency in DMV procedures and California vehicle code knowledge

- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (or other priority languages)
