Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages to residential and commercial addresses along assigned routes
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail for efficient daily delivery
- Operate and maintain delivery vehicles safely and responsibly
- Collect mail from collection boxes and customer facilities
- Process and deliver certified mail, registered mail, and special services
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve delivery inquiries
- Complete required delivery documentation and reporting
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid state driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy for tracking systems
- Strong time management and route optimization skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
