Responsibilities
- Deliver mail and packages safely to residential and commercial addresses
- Sort, organize, and prepare mail according to delivery routes
- Operate delivery vehicles and maintain accurate delivery records
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions at residences/businesses
- Maintain accurate delivery records and report irregularities
- Safely operate and maintain delivery equipment (vehicles, carts, scanners)
- Adhere to USPS safety protocols and delivery standards
Qualifications
- US citizenship or permanent resident status
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 70 lbs repeatedly and walk extended distances
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in all weather conditions
