In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical execution and federal regulatory compliance, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our public sector clients.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of federal IT projects, ensuring adherence to strict timelines and budget constraints.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure compliance with federal regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Maintain and audit documentation to ensure full compliance with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and agency-specific policies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members on best practices for secure federal systems.
- Participate in security clearance processes and briefings as required by the client.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret Security Clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in a federal contracting environment.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and federal IT governance structures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-level technical reports.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and adhere to government ethics rules.
