Responsibilities
- Process unemployment claims with 48-hour turnaround targets
- Conduct eligibility interviews and document assessments
- Manage workforce program participant case files
- Collaborate with community partners on job placement initiatives
- Generate monthly compliance reports using state systems
- Provide crisis intervention for vulnerable populations
- Train on updated state labor regulations quarterly
Qualifications
- 3+ years in case management or social services
- Texas government security clearance clearance
- Proficiency in TAMIS and TWIMS databases
- Bilingual Spanish/English certification (preferred)
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Crisis intervention certification
- Experience with EEOC compliance documentation
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts
