Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure supporting federal healthcare programs
- Lead cross-functional teams in system integration and modernization projects
- Ensure compliance with Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) requirements
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party service delivery

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive IT experience with federal systems
- Active Security+ CE certification and CISSP preferred
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical skills with experience in risk assessment frameworks
