Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows servers, desktop environments, and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex network problems, and ensure high availability.
- Ensure strict compliance with state security policies, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and implement IT solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and common networking protocols.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background investigation, drug screen, and fingerprint clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
