Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, aligning with global sustainability and digital transformation goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing breakthrough solutions across AI, IoT, and emerging tech domains
- Establish strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic research institutions
- Drive commercialization of 15+ patented technologies by 2026
- Mentor 20+ innovators through our Future Leaders program
- Secure $50M+ in R&D funding through venture capital and government grants
- Present innovation roadmap at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership with 5+ years at director/executive level
- Proven track record scaling tech startups or corporate innovation labs
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains: AI, biotech, quantum computing, or neurotech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Strong network with VCs and government innovation agencies
- Experience launching products with $100M+ market impact
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF)
