Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and data scientists to deliver MVPs for emerging markets
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budgets through compelling ROI projections and stakeholder presentations
- Establish industry partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions for collaborative R&D
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy targeting 15+ new filings annually
- Mentor junior innovators through our FutureWorks Accelerator Program
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to the board of directors and executive leadership team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles at Fortune 500 or scale-up companies
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate vision into executable roadmaps
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi-million-dollar innovation budgets
- Prior experience with patent development and intellectual property strategy
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, Wired)
