- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budget through compelling business cases
- Mentor a team of 8+ innovation specialists
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and investors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product strategy leadership
- Proven track record launching market-defining products
- Expertise in future-tech forecasting (blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- Experience scaling R&D teams to 50+ members
- Prior success raising $10M+ in innovation funding
- Patent portfolio or published research preferred
