Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure supporting federal operations
- Monitor and optimize system performance across 500+ endpoints using enterprise tools
- Lead cybersecurity incident response protocols and vulnerability remediation
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on IT modernization initiatives
- Develop disaster recovery plans ensuring 99.9% system uptime
- Train personnel on IT security best practices and compliance standards
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware/software procurement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure management with government clearance preferred
- Expertise in Cisco networking, VMware virtualization, and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP certifications required
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance frameworks and NIST standards
